The following rates are for the entire theater rental for events open to the public or private events exceeding 20 participants. Other rentals will be prorated accordingly.

Other Rental Information:
One staff person to open and close the space included per rental unless other arrangements are made for private events under 20 people.

Additional staff (house managers or techs) at the rate of $25/hour with a 3 hour minimum for each staff member.
All rentals are subject to a 50% non-refundable deposit at time of booking.
All prices are for full space: Theater with flexible seating (currently 86 seats), Green Room, Lobby, Box Office and Classroom. If classroom is rented or in use, prices will be pro-rated.
