The following rates are for the entire theater rental for events open to the public or private events exceeding 20 participants. Other rentals will be prorated accordingly.

All rentals are subject to a 50% non-refundable deposit at time of booking.
All prices are for full space: Theater with a max of 99 seats, Green Room, Lobby, Box Office and Classroom.
